Plan Manager stores plan rules, feature access, usage limits, trials, and add-ons in the application. It answers what a subject may use right now.
Charging stays with Stripe, Razorpay, Paddle, Chargebee, or Cashier. The package does not issue invoices or move money.
- Plan versions can change without breaking people already subscribed
- Trials are local entitlement rules, separate from the billing provider's trial settings
